Experience with children.
A commitment to families.

I’m Dr. Cecelia Lynch Mitchell, an occupational therapist with more than 25 years of experience working with children. I created School Life Ready™ under Ready Bodies Ready Minds for parents and caregivers who want to understand their child better, feel more confident in everyday routines, and be active partners in school conversations.

My experience in school and clinical settings informs my approach to sensory regulation, motor skills, self-care, and meaningful participation. School Life Ready™ primarily serves U.S. parents and caregivers, while welcoming educators who share our commitment to supporting children across home, school, and life.

“A diagnosis does not define your child’s potential. Their strengths belong at the center of the conversation.”
